A house designed to accommodate a medium-sized family of 3-6 members in 3 generations, and each member has different needs of space in the house according to their age range. Especially suitable for middle-aged people with grown children or families with elderly people living in the house together. Therefore, the proportion of each zone must be clearer and more private, both dividing the functions into small rooms such as a working room and pets room that can be separate into separated rooms or leave it opened to connect with the main hall. The highlight of the house is the “staircase with bleacher steps” in the center connecting all area to the central hall, making the 1st floor as an Open Living Plan where everyone can still do activities separately but still be able to connect with each other.
The 2nd floor is a private area with only 3 bedrooms, which all room have their own bathrooms for the convenience and privacy of family members. The Master Bedroom is as large as half storey with a walk-in closet for dressing, supporting a King Size bed with a bedside table and a sitting area without feeling cramped for the convenience of the house owner. While the other 2 smaller bedrooms can choose to arrange beds in many styles, whether Queen Size or Double Bed, with a working corner or dressing corner.
