A house designed to accommodate a small family of 2-4 members in the 1-2 generations, especially those starting a family, newly married or having a young child, even same-sex couples.
With a spacious hall area and an Open Living Plan layout that connects the living room, dining room, kitchen, central hall and multipurpose corner together as one large hall, so the 1st floor is a common area and suitable for who focus on living together. There is also a powder room on 1st floor for convenience.
The 2nd floor is a private area with a mini central hall upstairs and 2 bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms, like a Double Master Bedroom that each member can use as their own private space, separated from each other. Both bedrooms can collocate a King Size bed with a bedside table, with an extra space for wardrobe and dressing table or even adding an additional working corner.
