A house designed to accommodate a small to medium-sized family of 3-5 members in 2 generations where members mainly wanted to share space together, but still have flexibility and adaptability, especially middle-aged people whose children are starting to grow up. Currently, the space may be used for one activity, but in the future, it may change.
Therefore, the 1st floor is designed as an Open Living Plan, connecting all areas together, and there is a multipurpose room that can be adjust room function, whether it is a working room, a relaxation room, an activity room, or it can be expanded into a large living room.
The 2nd floor is a private area with only 3 bedrooms. The Master Bedroom is as large as half storey, it is able to collocate a King Size bed with a bedside table and a sitting area without feeling cramped. Inside master bedroom also come with an en suite bathroom and a walk-in closet for dressing to convenient the house owner.
While the other 2 smaller bedrooms are just the good size, not too small, not too tight, it is comfortably collocates a Queen Size bed and still have a space for a wardrobe and a dressing table. Both rooms share a bathroom at the outside, accommodating family members who may not be staying there regularly.
